ACUTRAQ is a comprehensive background screening service, providing screening services to Employers and Rental Property Managers since 1998. ACUTRAQ was founded under the name “Tenant Searchers”, the demand for employment screening continued to rise and the name was changed to ACUTRAQ in 2005.

ACUTRAQ founder, Jeannie Baker, realized a need for accurate data presented in a way that allows for a landlord to make an intelligent and consistent decision that meets the needs of the client while complying with the rules of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, FTC, CFPB, and all state and federal laws.

Jeannie has over 35 years experience in credit, collections, property management, real estate, and the background screening industry. She also holds her own broker’s license and understands the real estate industry and the needs of property managers. Each staff member is FCRA certified and ready to help when called upon.
