Employment Screening

Also sometimes called a “background check,” a pre-employment screening is a verification of your information and background. Employers can use screenings to determine if you can handle sensitive or confidential information and to assess skills that are relevant to the position.

  1. E-Verify: Verify the identity and employment eligibility of newly hired employees by electronically matching information provided by employee on the FormI-9 and against SSA and DHS records.

  9. Social Validation: Lists year and state SSN was issued. Provides death indicator (used for identity theft)

  10. SSN Verification: Consent based SSN verification from Social Security Administration.

  11. Business/Commercial Credit Report: Provides a decision assistant, multi-bureau trade payment data, credit logic score, public record data, and much more!

  12. Motor Vehicle Report: (Plus State Fee) Information on this report may include driver’s license information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on a driving record.

  13. Employment Verification: Verification of applicant’s employment including current position, hire date, salary, status etc.

  14. Education Verification: (Plus school fee when applicable) Verification of the school attended, dates attended, degree or certificate earned, and in some cases may include honors achieved, areas of study, and GPA.

  15. Professional License Verification: Results usually include license holder's current name and address, license type, license number, license status and license issue and expiration dates.

  16. Healthcare/OIG Compliance Search Exclusions/Tri-Care/Most Wanted: Federal government listing individuals who are excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and all other federal health care programs for committing certain violations.

  17. Personal Reference Verification: Verification of personal references provided by applicants (custom questions available).

  18. Equifax Work Number Verification: With over 225 million records, get immediate employment and income confirmation.
